They really are easy but I will admit they might be a bit more like a big cupcake than muffins. I didn’t add the cream in the centre, because I didn’t have any, nor the chocolate on the top. 18 informed me on his return there was some in the cupboard. C’est le guerre. The woman who has The Pink Whisk site is the winner of The Great British Bakeoff TV show last year.
