So, what happened to turn a good day shit?
(Dear goodness, I can’t even post properly anymore. sigh)
So today has been busy getting ready for my sister and her family coming over tomorrow evening. Then she rang and said they were leaving this afternoon, would arrive in Wales about 11pm this evening. Because they are coming over by ferry they will be driving, which means they will get down here in the early hours of tomorrow morning. YAY!!!
Except that means of course I have to really up the intensity of preparing for them. Sadly they are not staying with me. There are already six of us in this house, so no room for the four of them. Now THEIR house is a different matter, we shall probably be staying with them next week. They live in a house, a very big house, in the country.
Anyway. Round about teatime I hear Youngest bouncing on the sofa. I go in to look at her and she’s having another seizure. She looks at first sight to be bouncing and laughing. Well, she IS bouncing and laughing. But here eyes are glassy and her lips are purple and she doesn’t register that we are talking to her.
14 held her hands and she held back, completely out of it.
So. There we are. Danielle (@sista_flapjack) tweeted a little while ago, TYPOS HAPPEN. Much like shit. Damn straight sugar.
Daughter is OK now. In fact it wasn’t that severe. But of course now I’m worrying that the frequency is picking up again.
Some time ago her doctor told us she could grow out of the seizures when she would hit puberty. Then she (the doctor) paused a really long time then added, or they COULD become completely uncontrollable.
So, guess which one I’m thinking is going to happen? Poor kid. Everything has sucked for her since she was 9 months.
Anyway. That was her evening.
